1. Product Introduction
This product is the third generation product after improvement. The appearance of the product is slightly yellow-green particles or powder. It can be mixed with starch to effectively reduce the production cost. It can achieve effective waterproof sizing effect without using sizing agents such as AKD styrene propylene. It can effectively improve the ring pressure index, meet the requirements of green environmental protection, and have no heavy metal and secondary pollution.
2. method of use
Starch is added after water is released in the hot glue tank, ammonium persulfate or enzyme preparation product is added after water-proof sizing enhancer is added to heat up and gelatinize to 93-95 degrees, and heat preservation is reserved.
Note: This product is not used when adding aluminum sulfate.
3. Recommended Dosage
On the basis of the original formula, the waterproof sizing enhancer for 1:1 replacement ton paper with starch is about 20kg.
4. sizing principle and properties
This product and the boiled starch glue can absorb each other with the fiber to form a layer of tough film, the dryer drying fixed can achieve long-term sizing waterproof effect.
This product is a kind of product improved by AKD, styrene-acrylic and ASA sizing mechanism, which changes the problem of AKD sizing lag in the past, solves the foam problem of styrene-acrylic sizing with the help of aluminum sulfate products, and the hydrolysis problem of ASA on-site sizing. This product uses ASA as the base material in the compound modification through special means, can solve the problem of no sizing and pseudo sizing, etc., can reach 100% sizing effect, in order to solve the problem of paper without glue.

With starch 1:1 replacement, the replacement ratio is about 20-40%, with each ton of starch and enhancer replacement difference and no glue, saving about 20-40 yuan per ton of paper. The saving effect is obvious, and it should be used as soon as possible to see greater benefits.
