Product Introduction
DC-MBJ is a liquid cleaning and cleaning agent designed to prevent organic and inorganic deposits on wool. It has a significant protective effect on the deposits that may appear on the wool used in pulp and paper production, especially for calcium carbonate, aluminum sulfate, kaolin and talc. DC-MBJ with a variety of active ingredients provide excellent performance and maintain the cleanness of the felt and reduce the accumulation of organic or inorganic deposits on the surface of the felt, thereby improving the dewatering ability of the felt and correspondingly extending the useful life of the felt, and improving the quality of paper and paperboard.

Product instructions
The amount of DC-MBJ will be affected by many conditions, such as the amount of water sprayed, the degree of clogging of the felt, the grade of paper and board, and the use of other chemicals and additives in the wet end. Typical dosages are at a concentration of 150-300ppm. In order to get the best results, the location of the spray pipe is best in front of the wool vacuum suction tank. This product can also be used for high-pressure needle spray and other types of nozzles. Our company will put forward suggestions and dosage according to the actual production situation.
Operability and compatibility
DC-MBJ is a high concentration of industrial chemicals, it should do a good job to adapt to the preventive measures. This product can be added directly from the dope tank using an acid-resistant pump to the point of addition.
Other information
Avoid direct contact between the medicine and the eyes during use. If the medicine splashes on the skin, please rinse the skin with soap and water immediately. If it gets into the eyes, immediately rinse the eyes with clean water and go to the hospital for treatment.
Packaging and storage
