Performance characteristics:
1. This product is quaternary ammonium alkyl etherated starch, which is cationic under acidic or alkaline conditions, especially suitable for papermaking under medium and alkaline conditions.

3. With the increase of the degree of substitution, the viscosity, transparency and stability of the paste solution are obviously improved.
4, can improve the paper's breaking resistance, tension resistance, folding resistance, wool resistance and many other physical properties.
5. Improve the sizing effect of rosin and bauxite, improve the water filtration performance and papermaking speed of pulp, and improve the retention rate of various dyes and fillers (such as clay, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, reinforcing agent, etc.), thereby reducing papermaking costs.
6. As a fixing agent and emulsifier for latex, synthetic resin, alkyl ketene dimer, etc., as well as a dispersant for neutral sizing agents.
Reducing the degree of wastewater pollution (BOD) is beneficial to the elimination of public hazards.
8. Quaternary ammonium cationic starch with high degree of substitution is an effective auxiliary agent for neutral sizing agent AKD and ASA. Cationic starch with different degree of substitution can be used as reinforcing agent, retention aid and filter aid respectively in the wet end.
Method of use:
1. Add starch into cold water according to the concentration of 2-5%, stir well, add steam to above 90 degrees, keep warm for 20-30 minutes, add clear water to dilute to 1%, and set aside.
2. If it is mainly reinforced, add it into the mixing tank and add it before aluminum sulfate; If it is mainly used as retention aid and filtration aid, it can be mixed with the filler and added to the high-level box, or it can be added to two parts at the same time.
3. Dosage: 0.8-2.0%(absolute dry pulp).
