Interlayer spray starch
Performance characteristics:
1. Interlayer spray starch is used in paperboard and thick paper to improve interlayer bonding force, and is also widely used to improve stiffness, ring compression strength and surface strength.
2. For pulps with high impurity ion content (such as mill pulp, waste paper pulp, straw pulp, etc.), the enhancement effect of interlayer spray starch is obviously better than that of wet end addition, and the retention rate is higher than that of starch added in the pulp. It is more suitable for paper machines without a size press.
3. The establishment of the spray system can make the starch evenly distributed throughout the thickness of the paper sheet, or according to the needs, limit the distribution of most of the starch in the paper sheet or spray in the interlayer composite of the multilayer board paper, and play the role of interlayer reinforcement.
