Introduction
The paper industry changed the traditional acidic sizing to neutral sizing. Foreign countries started in the 1970 s. China started the production of neutral paper by introducing foreign products in the late 1980 s. It developed rapidly in the 1990 s. This product is a self-contained neutral sizing agent synthesized by a special process. It is the first in China and has not been reported in the Internet search. Its outstanding feature is that it greatly simplifies the sizing process, it can replace the dual retention (cationic starch and polyacrylamide) or unit retention system commonly used in AKD neutral sizing at home and abroad, which is a revolution in neutral sizing technology.

2.2 packaging and storage

After the use of the new neutral sizing agent, not only the papermaking process has acidic papermaking into technologically advanced alkaline papermaking, but also more simplified than AKD neutral sizing (without dual retention system) and the stability of this product is better than AKD emulsion (AKD emulsion is easy to hydrolyze).
3.1 alkaline papermaking features:
(1) The sizing agent is changed from rosin soap or dispersed rosin to neutral sizing agent with good sizing performance.
(2) the filler is changed from talcum powder to calcium carbonate with high whiteness and good printability.
(3) self-retention, no need to use the fixing agent aluminum sulfate.
(4) The wet end system of papermaking is made under acidic conditions (PH4.0-6.5) and must be made under medium alkaline conditions (PH8.5).
