This product is a cationic styrene, acrylic ester copolymer emulsion surface sizing agent, is in the digestion and absorption of foreign technology using a selection of a variety of polymer raw materials copolymerization of new products, can be effectively combined with starch, giving starch coating good cross-linking strength and hydrophobic properties. It has the characteristics of small addition amount, good effect, low cost, and convenient use. 2. method of use
1. Dosage: Depending on the quality of base paper and the requirements of sizing degree for paper, it is usually 1-2 Kg/t for paper with starch. The excellent usage and use conditions should be determined by the experimental results on the machine.
2. This product can also be applied in pulp, and the dosage is 2-6 kg/t into paper.
3. When surface sizing is used, when a certain amount of starch gelatinized at 95 ℃ is usually reduced to below 75 ℃, the stock solution of this product is slowly added into the starch liquid batching tank under stirring state to continue stirring until it meets industrial requirements, then sizing can be applied on the machine or continuously added before the starch liquid is applied on the sizing machine by using a metering pump.
3. packaging and storage

2. storage should be closed, so as to avoid water evaporation surface crusting, stored in a ventilated and cool place (4-32 ℃), avoid exposure and freezing, storage period of 3 months.
