This product is the use of foreign advanced technology, for domestic papermaking and production of a retention, enhancement, filtration in one of the papermaking additives; its component diversification, through the charge ion action, and bridging function, the use of ultra-fine coagulation method, in the process of pulp filler, first with fiber flocculation, bonding, and in the pulp fiber and semi-fiber reaction, generate a new uniform-shaped lobobody structure. Practice has proved that its flocculation effect is good, fast, strong shear resistance, starch and CMC is less than the use of this product after the paper on the ink has a good affinity, so that uniform tone, good clarity, bright color, and to reduce waste water pollution and COD/BOD to meet the discharge standards.

1. product efficacy:Improve the retention rate of pulp on the web and reduce the loss of fiber filler; 30-70kg per ton of paper pulp; reduce the dosage of titanium dioxide by about 20kg per ton. Improve dry and wet strength, increase tension, tension, tear force and fold resistance, increase wet force breaking length by 6-20%, increase dry paper tension and break resistance by 10-50%, increase fold resistance by 10-20%, and increase dehydration rate by 5-20%. It can also increase the water filtration of pulp, improve the breakdown voltage of electro-soluble paper, reduce the ratio of wood pulp and the amount of rosin and aluminum sulfate, improve the smoothness and opacity of paper, improve the retention rate of fillers by more than 20-30%, and reduce the concentration of white water by more than 40%. And reduce the stretch deformation after paper.

2. technical indicators:This additive is a colorless viscous liquid with a PH value of 3-5 and a viscosity of more than 500Mpa.

3. scope of application:Straw pulp, wood pulp, mixed pulp, cotton pulp, recycled pulp.

4. method of use:

(1) Dilute the product 10-20 times before use, stir well and add the net box.

(2) Addition 0.8-1.5%(absolute dry pulp)

5. packaging storage:50kg plastic drum packaging. It should be stored in a cool place. It is strictly forbidden to be placed at high temperature. The validity period is 3 months. (Please keep the packaging of this drum for recycling)
